2024 Rural Intelligence Readers' Choice Awards
Voting is OPEN from October 15 through November 12.
The Rural Intelligence Readers’ Choice Awards are back for their 4th year!The Rural Intelligence Readers’ Choice Awards shine the spotlight on the most outstanding establishments, organizations, and people in the Rural Intelligence region (Berkshire, Columbia, Litchfield, and Dutchess counties)—chosen by the readers of Rural Intelligence.
The Ground Rules
• The top 5 nominees with the most nominations in each category advance to the voting round.
• In the event of a tie between the 5th and 6th place positions, both nominees advance.
• You can vote once a day for each category.
• One ballot per person.
• Nominate / vote in as many or as few categories as you would like.
• You MUST submit your name and email address with entry to validate your ballot.
• Nominees must be located in the Rural Intelligence region: Berkshire, Litchfield, Dutchess, and Columbia counties. -

Eat.Play.Stay. Chronogram Giveaway Oddities and Curiosities
Now in its sixth year, the Samhain Oddities and Curiosities Market is cloaked in the ritualistic and spiritual aesthetic of the summer solstice, and runs from 6pm to midnight on the pastoral grounds of City Winery in Montgomery. Local artisans pioneering taxidermy sculptures, bone art, and gothic vintage display their wares. Performers—everything from stilt-walkers to snake charmers—roam the grounds. Enter for a chance to win two tickets!
Winner will be pulled at random with 24 hours to respond.
